Welcome to The Ridge at Hiwan

The Ridge at Hiwan sits in the northern part of the Hiwan area and in a spectacular mountain setting. Homeowners have access to nature trails and plenty of outdoor activities at Bergen Park and Elk Meadow Open Space. Situated minutes from the I-70 corridor, commuters can get to downtown Denver in 30 minutes. The shops, services, and restaurants at Bergen Village Shopping Center are within walking distance.

Homes were semi-custom built with a planned development that started in the early 1990’s, so they follow a common architectural design. Properties are surrounded by open green spaces and gorgeous views. There are also new, ultra-modern condominiums, particularly at the Lodges, with sliding doors, sleek stainless-steel appliances, electric fireplaces, and deluxe master suites.
