Welcome to Soda Creek
Soda Creek is an exclusive mountain community designed for mountain and equestrian living. Originally a cattle ranch, the area was subdivided into large tracts of land, ranging from five to 35 acres. Surrounded by an abundance of large conifer trees, residents enjoy privacy and the serene atmosphere of mountainside living. There are dedicated bridle trails within the neighborhood, as well as a private pond for fishing and swimming in the summer and skating in the winter.
Most homes in Soda Creek were built in contemporary styles featuring open floor plans, vaulted ceilings, high-end accents, and sundecks. They are often tucked behind long driveways for additional privacy. Some homes even have wine cellars, indoor pools, and barns that can house up to four horses. Set within the forested hills of Evergreen, residents have magnificent views of the Continental Divide and Mt. Evans.
